This Privacy Statement sets out how Davina Shore Music uses and protects any data that you provide to us. Davina Shore Music is committed to protecting your personal information and making every effort to ensure it is processed in a transparent manner. Should we ask you to provide certain data by which you can be identified, then you can be assured that it will only be used in accordance with this Privacy Statement. We may update this policy from time to time.

6. Employees and volunteers
This Privacy Notice covers the use of your personal data if you are a volunteer with Davina Shore Music. We need to process information about our volunteers for normal volunteering purposes including recruitment, safeguarding, management and administration. We will only disclose information about you to third parties if we need to do so to fulfil these purposes.
Your personal information will be kept on file only for as long as it is required or we are obliged to retain the information by law. In most circumstances, data will be deleted when you cease to offer your services as a volunteer.

All forms relating to volunteering or attendance at Davina Shore activities will state that personal data will be kept by Davina Shore Music in accordance with this Privacy Statement.
